一、Principle

Medical molecular oxygen generator ,use air as raw material and ZMS(zeolite molecular sieve )as sorbent, on principle of PSA, absorb air and separate the oxygen from nitrogen to get high purity oxygen that meet medical standards. ZMS is full of microspores inside and outside,has characteristic of selective adsorption.

Easy to operate, humanizing design of stat and stop. Only the start/stop bottom on the control panel can open or close the device. It takes only 30 minutes for the system to meet the design requirement of the yield and purity of oxygen. It is more agile and faster than other oxygen generation ways.

Running under low voltage, low failure rate. Supporting with high-performance air compressor which can ensure the continuous oxygen supply and low failure rate.

Rational design. Medical oxygen generation equipment has been configured two-unit or multi-unit. According to the hospital need, the system can automatically be opened and stopped particular unit to save energy. The design takes full account of the hospital industry characteristics about continuous oxygen generation. Standby gas resource has guaranteed the oxygen supply.

Medical molecular sieves central oxygen generation system consist of efficient screw air compressor, main filter, refrigerated dryer, multi-lever precision filter, air tanks, oxygen host, oxygen tank, sterilization filter, oxygen purity analyzer, oxygen flow meter, electrical control system, pipeline system and others.
